Track your order

When your CALUNE order ships, we send a confirmation email with the available tracking details.

How tracking works

1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent after fulfilment.
2. Select the tracking link to view the carrier's latest update.
3. Allow 1–2 business days for the first tracking event to appear after the shipping email.

Current delivery estimate

CALUNE currently ships to the United States and Canada. The current estimated delivery window is 4–8 business days from order confirmation.

Standard tracked shipping is $5 for orders under $70 and free for orders of $70 or more.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that you are checking the email used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact us or email support@calunebeauty.com with your order number.

No update or delayed order?

Tracking can pause between carrier scans. If the order is beyond the estimated window or the carrier update does not explain the delay, contact us with your order number and we will investigate. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.
