CALUNE currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada using tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery time
The current estimated delivery window is 4–8 business days from order confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally add time.
Shipping costs
- Orders under $70: $5 standard tracked shipping.
- Orders of $70 or more: free standard tracked shipping.
Your final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing and tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with the available tracking details. The first carrier update can take 1–2 business days to appear after the shipping email.
Taxes, duties, and import charges
Applicable taxes or charges collected by Shopify are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination and local rules, additional duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer.
Delays or missing tracking updates
Tracking can pause between carrier scans. If your order is beyond the estimated delivery window or the carrier update does not explain the delay, email support@calunebeauty.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the available next step.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
If an order is lost or misdelivered because an incorrect address was entered, CALUNE may not be able to cover replacement or reshipping costs.
Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return shipping, handling, or carrier fees actually incurred, where permitted by applicable law.
Returns and consumer rights
Shipping-related returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
