30-day returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the device should be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, heavily used devices may not qualify for a full refund — contact us and we will find a fair solution.
How to start a return
1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked service (return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — including shipping.
