How much is shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is $5 for orders under $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Your final shipping cost is shown before payment.

Where can I find the bundles?

Open the page of the main product you want. Any relevant bundle choices are organised there so you can compare the device alone with the included gift combinations, exact price, and savings.

Can I buy the gift items separately?

The gift and support products are reserved for the relevant bundles and are not shown as standalone products in the main catalogue.

What is your return policy?

CALUNE offers a 30-day return window subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Email support@calunebeauty.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct address and instructions.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order link in the menu or the tracking link in your shipping email. The first carrier update can take 1–2 business days to appear.

Which CALUNE product is right for my routine?

CALUNE One is a warm facial-massage ritual device. PureWave is an ultrasonic skin spatula for a water-based cleansing routine. LumaWave is a cosmetic face and neck massager. Are CALUNE skincare devices medical devices?
