Products
CALUNE One is a cosmetic self-care device intended for personal, at-home use on intact, healthy skin. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Individual experiences vary; we make no guaranteed-result claims.
Safe use
Use the device as described in the ritual guide. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Stop if you experience discomfort. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or use an implanted medical device, consult a qualified professional before use.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Delivery and returns
Delivery estimates and the 30-day return policy are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
Warranty
Your statutory consumer rights under EU and Dutch law remain unaffected. If your device develops a defect within the legal warranty period, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our liability is otherwise limited to the amount you paid for your order.
