Products

CALUNE offers beauty, skincare, hair care, and beauty technology products for personal cosmetic use.

CALUNE One is a cosmetic self-care device intended for personal, at-home use on intact, healthy skin. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Individual experiences and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific skincare, beauty, or health results.

Safe use

Use all products only as instructed.

Do not use beauty devices on broken, irritated, infected, or highly sensitive skin. Stop use if you experience discomfort, irritation, or an unexpected reaction.

If you have a medical condition, skin condition, are pregnant, use medication that affects the skin, or have an implanted medical device, consult a qualified professional before use.

Product information

We try to make all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes, or refuse orders where necessary.

Third-party products

Some products sold on CALUNE may be sourced from or associated with third-party brands or manufacturers.

We do not falsely claim that third-party branded products are manufactured by CALUNE. Product names, trademarks, or brand references belong to their respective owners.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront and checkout for your location. The final order total, applicable taxes, and available payment methods are shown before payment.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout and/or approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use, or policy violations.

Taxes, duties, and import charges

Depending on your location, VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply.

Where applicable, taxes or charges may be shown at checkout. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer upon delivery, depending on local rules.

Shipping and delivery

CALUNE currently ships to the United States and Canada. The current estimated delivery window is 4–8 business days from order confirmation.

Standard tracked shipping is $5 for orders under $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, fulfilment partner delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Certain exceptions apply, including for sealed items unsealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Full details, including how to exercise this right and a model withdrawal form, are set out in our Refund Policy. We also voluntarily offer a longer 30-day return window in addition to this statutory right.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We ask customers to contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. This helps us process your return quickly, and does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

Warranty and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we will review the issue according to applicable consumer protection rules.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with your order or our service, contact us first at support@calunebeauty.com and we will try to resolve the matter directly.

Consumers in the European Union may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution body or a national consumer authority in their country of residence.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALUNE and LIGER GROUP LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy content without permission, or use our store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
